One of the most recognisable vintage wedding cars on the road, the Beauford Open Tourer is chauffeur-driven, open-top in good weather and available across London and Essex for weddings and special occasions.
The Beauford Open Tourer has a presence on the road that closed cars simply don’t replicate. The sweeping white bodywork, chrome detailing and open-top rear section give it a look that tends to stop people in the street, and gives wedding photographers something to work with that a modern car can’t offer.
It’s a genuine vintage car rather than a modern vehicle styled to look the part, which is a distinction couples notice the moment they sit inside it. The ride is smoother than most people expect from a car this age, and the cabin is comfortable enough for a full wedding dress without the usual concerns about space or headroom.
The open-top design is what sets Beauford car hire apart from most of the vintage fleet. On a clear day the rear section is fully open, giving passengers an unobstructed view and giving photographers a backdrop that a closed car simply can’t match. Chrome catches the light, the dress flows, and the whole arrival becomes something guests actually gather to watch.
When the weather changes, and in England it often does, the hood closes fully and the cabin stays comfortable throughout, so the booking isn’t contingent on a perfect forecast. Your chauffeur manages the hood on the day based on conditions, so it’s one less thing to think about.

The Beauford Open Tourer requires a different kind of driving to a modern car, and our chauffeurs are experienced specifically with this vehicle rather than simply trained to drive generally. That matters on a wedding day when timing and presentation count for everything, and when the hood needs managing based on conditions rather than a fixed plan made weeks earlier.
From ribbon colours to pick-up timings and specific venue requirements, every detail is handled as part of the booking rather than treated as an afterthought. Get in touch and we’ll talk through exactly what your day needs.
Every Beauford hire booking includes bottled water and light refreshments for passengers throughout the journey. It’s a small detail, but on a long wedding day with an early start, it tends to be appreciated more than most people expect.
Every booking is built around your specific timings, venue locations and any particular requirements you have for the day. From the first enquiry to the final drop-off, the schedule is yours rather than a standard template applied to every booking regardless of what the day actually needs.
